I have to find a way to maintain my motivation to get into shape. I want to get into the habit of eating healthier and going to the gym, but its hard finding the time to work out and I always end up falling into some mildly bad eating habits. Theyre not terrible but they can certainly improve. I think the gym is the main issue, I really need to get my ass in gear haha. Maybe keeping a journal will help with the healthy eating. As for the working out part, Im not sure at all. How do people stay motivated?
