Talked to one of their dimwitted reps on Friday, said hey bitch I've made a lot of deposits in the last 6 weeks without a payout....nitwit responds with you need one more deposit to get a free one(7 deposits in a row at Heritage and the 8th is on them)....sent Pepperazdizeras Hertzaveuneuzaez Valendasscubas in Nicaragua a nickel Friday night thinking I could take some shots and at worst if I busted out, I'd have the next deposit on the house(always sent a nickel).....worked that $500 up to $4,000+ Friday night and Saturday to lose it all today, now idiot at Heritage is saying I need 2 more deposits for a free one....and they're not honoring what they told me via phone and email...

I'm an American and is there even a point to keep gambling with these offshore crooks and a cover that wants to control what we do with he money we work for?

Got about $18 on me till Friday...long wait with no action.....before posting up with these dumbmotherfuckers again.:guitar:

ripped of by Betislands and WSEX for a nice chunk...now BS like this over and over.

I know it may not be the "cool thing to do" by admitting I've made that many deposits without a payout...but lying to people on the internet or in person has never been my thing.

Oversharing is cool here, pal.

In the furure I'd suggest making bonus requests (free deposits) via email so you have some sort of reference.

For example, whenever I deposit to Heritage via Skrill they (Heritage) always deduct 2% in fees, which they are not supposed to do.

I call in to request they reimburse the fee and the CS reps are clueless saying the 2% fee is standard (it isn't) and they can't help me.

I then email and get the correct info and they take care of the error. Next deposit I had the same problem but when I called in they could see the email I sent and then they took care of the problem instantly.

I don't use Heritage very much but still make the occasional deposit.

I have one email account dedicated to my sportsbook/gambling accounts and I never delete any messages as they are a great reference and could be important/useful at a later time.

Many better books for non US players.
