Seems odd to me. Old, system you are used to, made the playoffs last year (albeit at an awe inspiring 7-9), as fragile as anyone in the game. Seems like he had a decent gig. He hate Pete Carroll or what?

Well he was a free agent but his old balls could've still signed there I think

Yea they didnt want him back. Went for tavaris instead.
