Gamelive redirect to porn site?

When I try to access GL on my ipad it redirects to Badoink porn site or something. I have cleared my cache. It continues to do it. I have never had any problems with an IPAD. I don't know what to do here. Why is 2014 the year of technical difficulties?


Is this something with the site? my Ipad?

contact the owner of the web site and tell them what you are experiencing. the key is that idevices (not sure about android, etc.) are being hijacked, but desktops are not, so they (or their hosting provider) need to look at their mobile server fairly urgently. and if they don't believe you, have them try it from a browser where they can vary the "user agent" between different versions, including "mobile safari for iphone" and just regular "safari" for mac or windows. (a competent techie will have no problem doing this, but the reaction will be colourful.) once they believe, it's not hard to shut down the compromised mobile server.

I did all that RJ and then read 4th post in that same article which is where the above quote came from.? Clearing everything didn't fix it. ?

I have never used another browswer on the ipad. I didn't even know you could do that?


Edit..installing chrome now. How would this have happened? I don't get it.

How come it only happens on the GL site? I thought my ipad was the one thing which would not cause me (much) trouble.

it's fixed now. clear everything just to get your device clean but it's back to normal. thank you lisa, i was about to go to sleep you saved me a big headache later on.
