Well good luck. I cannot possibly see this going as well as the last challenge. 3 is a very tiny streak. Those will happen to the most successful of us. Routinely.

I'm sure you had many 3 game losing streaks in your other challenge - where you would have busted out with these gimmicky rules - yet you were able to soldier on and kick butt.

No doubt I had losing streaks during the last challenge Muddy. Course for the majority of that challenge I posted multiple plays and the difference here (at least I hope it's a difference) is that I will focus on a single spot/game) Naturally that reduces my margin for error but as you said there's no harm and it could be a fun ride.

If I remember correctly Daft went on a 13-0 streak or something like that during baseball season so it is possible.

I'm mainly just trying to find a way to get motivated and maybe feel good about something at least for a while.

It starts out slow but should it get to the 10 win streak it will start to get fun. 10 consecutive wins is a lofty goal but there is a potential winner every game, just have to find it.

Of course that's possible. And if that is followed by a 3 game losing streak, you are 13-3 and busted out. I feel sure Daft has had 3 game losing streaks.

If it was anyone else I would say this is doomed and probably say a few things about delusions regarding the advantages of spot betting, however this is about the FLOW - so away we go.



Your wording regarding the goal was vague. Is there something we can sink our teeth into about that?
 
Muddy we'll set our initial goal at a streak of 5 games. Won't be much in the way of monetary gain but 5 straight wins tends to put people in a good mood.

The secondary goal will be to reach $1000 on the #100 investment.
 
I'll say it's fairly sensible in the context of a short term strategy. If the man wants to give himself a small chance at a big win he must overbet his bankroll (kellywise). In fact in a case of a negative expectancy game it is the most logical way to proceed. :hattip:
