Cunt has many uses/meanings.

Often it is considered a very vulgar word.

Cunt can be used many ways, it also may be used as a term of endearment.

It really depends on who is saying it.

If an American broad calls another American broad a cunt then a catfight is likely to follow.
(Just because you have a cunt doesn't mean you are one)

If a Canadian or British man calls another fellow a cunt it is not offensive at all.
