Can I sit in the sportsbook on my phone and pick off bad lines? Will they offer props? What's the limits?

At the Encore? Lines are good, they have multiple signs saying "no cell phones", Tomato has gotten down several thousand without them really caring. The only one they didn't want to take was 2k on an MLS 1x2 favorite.

Best way is a two man team. On guy checks lines outside the book and texts line movements to guy in the book to place bets.

Wynn/Encore do a fairly decent job in blocking internet signals in their book. Sometimes Potato gets 4G, other times he can't get a reception. You can pick the signal back up outside the Poker Room about a hundred feet outside the book.

You could try sitting in the back, problem is that their sports lines are tucked away in the far left corner, making it even more difficult to sit there and steam them. It's best to just go in prepared.
