That's my thinking. The people at work who used to get them seemed to be the sickest all the time (unless they were just calling in.) The news stories can be scary but I tend to get colds...never the flu. Knock wood.

I don't. I also haven't had the flu/influenza in forever. The kids get it, and get the flu/influenza. I don't really worry about colds or the flu or anything, it ain't gonna kill you. Well, chances are anyways.

Well, we're all supposed to. You know, according to someone.
I guarantee my dad never had a flu shot when my mom was pregnant with me and somehow here I am, basically indestructible.
What does it all mean? I don't know. One could argue that I myself am not the hugest sample size of all time.

I've never gotten the flu shot, but I'm all for it. If someone walked up to me with a flu shot I'd say "Sure, gimme that." I just never think to go get one.
