This is probably more a Cami/Nina/Teela question...maybe even Cali (though I don't picture her cooking much)
Trying to get back into chuck mode. We have a cupboard full of cookbooks ranging from the original Betty Crocker plus specialized BHAG and BC specialty books (cookies, salads) and a number of local church/organization ones.
I was thinking of keeping a number of them, but wondering what I would really need them for in the internet age. I guess for ideas maybe. Just seems like taking up shelf space when any recipe would be at your disposal.
I do know HOW to cook...just haven't ever had cause to really. Mom is limited in what she can eat, and no sense cooking for one person. When I lived in Denver, my roommate loved to cook so I let him do it.
I guess I'll get rid of them but still am curious....guys...(or you if you do the cooking) do you use a recipe book?
Also have recipe boxes full of index cards from when people handwrote and "traded" recipes.
