by a hardcore Chicago Bulls fan who claims that Rose's absence from the Bulls lineup this year (due to injury) led to excessive stress, which led to overeating on the part of the fan, which led to weight gain and obesity issues.
Here is a link to an article which actually makes earnest arguments against the suit - which, to me, seems as stupid as the suit itself.
