speaking of actors dying young, I heard that the movie river Phoenix was working on when he od, is being released or was released. interesting story, that when he died the studio had to surrender the film to the insurance company for paying on rivers life insurances policy the studio had taken out. I guess the movie wasn't fully finished, but with new technology they have made it work. supposedly the insurance company was just going to through the movie out, and the director and producer just took it back.

The movie Heath Ledger was working on when he died was completed anyway. The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus. Fortunately for the director, Terry Gilliam, it is a very gonzo movie so they could just weird things up. They plugged in Jude law and Johnny Depp and Colin Farrell to various bits that Ledger still needed to do and just made the different faces part of the fantasy.
