Huh? It's bet up to 500 if it loses you get 500 bonus cash which pays stake and winnings with 1x roll. How is that only worth 25%

If you just bet max on a coin flip you have:
50% chance of +450
50% chance that you get $500 in bonus and if you bet that 1x on 50 $10 coin flips that's -50

.5*450 = 225
.5*(-50) = -25

EV is $200 on the $500 max or 40%

Ah. I thought all of those were free bet that does not pay stake. You're right then :hattip:

Sports betting coming to NY tomorrow. I see one Caesars promo.

Unlike others where you get the freeplay or cash back if it loses you get this no matter what. But this cannot be broken up, so its a $1001 FP (pays minus the $1001 stake). Whats the play? Bet $1001 on -200? Then bet the FP $1001 on -110?

Math hurts.

hmm, thats an odd one.
Here you have to lose to get the freeplay.
I guess there's no added value no matter what you do on 1st bet. Second bet, if it doesn't return stake, the longer the odds the better

They actually changed the promo this AM. 300 bonus cash and deposit match up to 3k in bonus cash. 1x rollover.

So that's 3300 in free play for 3000 deposit and must bet $6300. Pretty good deal, a little over $1200 ev if I'm doing the math right on the free play.

.I was just looking into this, and saw the 300 + 3k, then realized it's not for Colorado. Now apparently we have the 1001 deal.
You dont have to bet yours all at once which is nice :up The $300 sounds like cash and the 3k free play should be worth at least 1.5k. More if you bet underdogs, if I'm understanding the rules right.

How do intend to deposit and cashout? That's my biggest issue. I was gonna go to casino and see if I can deposit/withdraw cash in person, like I did in the Superbook. Otherwise I guess I'll try paypal or something :dunno: Idon't wanna link bank accounts or send copies of id anywhere

They rejected my PayPal (transaction type is against PayPal policy - seems like they should work that our before offering).

I don't mind linking my acct/sending ID so I'll do that. In the mean time there's a $250 cash match from betrivers NY (and I'm eligible even though I did CO and CT already).

I searched for arb bets taking a shit today. I feel like it's 2006 all over again.

wot? You mean you can do other states just by visiting? Opening a new account in each one?

Only Bet River so far (also branded as Sugarhouse in PA and CT). So far the rest only allow one sign up regardless of state.

Seems like these "legal" books are bigger pain than the offshores were. Hows that possible? Just read sbr review of one of em.
Says cons: The id verification process can leave your money tied up for weeks :fishhead:

Finally got through on Caesars linking to my Chase acct. I think they just needed 24hrs to make sure I am a human adult located in NY?

Put in the max (3k) and got 3k bonus cash. Rollover is only 3k (deposit, not deposit and bonus). Picked 14 games and doing 91 2 team $10 round Robin. Maybe that's not the best way to go but I dunno.

How can I exploit these odds boost things where they boost a parlay?

So they're giving me +370 on teams A (vs B), C (vs D) and E (vs F) win. Is that generally +ev?

Maybe not.
