sports betting proposition is about slightly ahead to pass in Colorado. They still counting. I was wondering, who's opposing it. Probably no major interest groups. Maybe all the wives realizing their husbands are gonna gamble away the house :dunno: smart

Also, eventually this should bury Vegas. Without a monopoly on sportsbetting, there's really no substantive reason for that place to exist. All their recent price gouging with the stupid parking fees, resort fees, overpriced poor quality food, tightening of comps/benefits, not gonna fly for long. Piece of shit MGM who started all this bs, are now selling their properties.
Scumbags. Its what happens always. Corporations come in to take advantage and suck the life out of something people enjoy, ruin it, move on to the next popular thing.

Sports betting being legalized in other states will absolutely not be the final nail in the coffin for Las Vegas.

It won’t end Vegas, but it has definitely affected its tourist industry.
