Can you be an alcoholic and still be conducive to real world business?

its all about timing

Alcoholism definitely does not rule out business success. I was a functional alcoholic for many years. Not that I was wildly successful but I have met many people in recovery who were, from rich businessmen to surgeons to you-name-it.

she took 2 glasses

filled one with water one with vodka

she took a worm put it in the water it was fine

took it and put it in the vodka it died

I picked them up and drank them

I have not felt better since.

We don't speak.

my grandpa was one all though not a successfull business man, he could drink PBR all day long from dust to dawn....
ahh, the smell of sour PBR cans laying around the shed... takes me back to a simpler time

The funny part...

A ninth-grade teacher wanted to demonstrate the evils of liquor to his young students. He produced a glass of water, a glass of vodka, and two worms.

"Now class, observe closely," he said as he dropped one of the worms into the glass of water. The worm wriggled about in the water, perfectly happy.

The teacher dropped the second worm into the glass of vodka. The worm swam around for a moment, then seized up and curled, quickly sinking to the bottom of the glass, dead as a doornail.

"Now, what can be learned from this experiment?" the teacher asked his students.

After a pause, a young man stood up and said, "Well, if you drink vodka, you'll never get worms."
