Well actually they could have extremely fresh meat still but that is a piss poor selection. Most gourmonds know that bone in/skin on is gonna give you a far superior flavor.

Yeah I am aware and they have bone in just about everything but chicken. At least, I have never seen it. I will ask the next time I go. Their bone-in thick cut pork chops are amazing.

I have heard that beer chicken is amazing, though I have never tried it. And yeah, I need shit to be super clean.

it is good, have made it several times only we usually do a honey-mustard-garlic-butter basting sauce.

the biggest contamination issue here for me is where those beer cans were to begin with. if they had both just been in his dirty hands with his dirty mouth swilling from the top and then shoved into the bird, then yeah, you have a problem. wash the cans first in warm soapy water, pour some beer into a glass using your clean hands and then put the cans into the bird.

I just drink 1/2 the beer then shove it up the rubbed down chickens ass after taking the inards out and grill.
