I like Norris alot, and the pirates pitcher... Karstens is due to regress to the mean

yes, getting to the end of the last batch we made in early may. won't be making more until fall probably, too damn hot and costs a fortune to keep the ac window unit going all day in the workshed while it's aging for 14-21 days. already 102 here today, 18th day of 100+ in the last 20 days.
