Cement mixer is a variation on a mind eraser with baileys, milk kaluha and seltzer. Drink through a small straw and you get fucked up quicker.

Also seen it done with a lemon or lime. You suck the lime juice and do the shot (sans seltzer) acid causes the mix to get all gross.
