The subject matter is totally different. There is no melody comparison - since the one is a rap which has no melody. The underlying chord progression is not the same.
I guess there's that one underlying series of notes which is sort of comparable but if we're saying it only has to be that close to convict - there is literally no song that isn't ripped off from a thousand other songs.
