The balls are kinda dry by themselves, you need some type of beef gravy.

And now I have a bunch of leftovers. 4 bags of 10 or 11 meatballs each. I have a beef-based soup I will try one batch with. A beef based pasta dish for another. I will probably pull out 2 bags at once at some future point and just have another big plate of meatballs and mashed and gravy.
