gets to a point where i dont even ask what it is...i just try it...if you dont mind really chewy and slimy textures, there are some real delicacies to be eaten...

i didnt get very much authentic korean food when i was with the krazykorean... they were pretty americanized... korean bbq/steak etc.

the jap gf and the viets all basically ate the same stuff...very authentic..
