Mrs. Mcb ran Miami half marathon yesterday morning and it was hot as hell! Glad she didn't do the full marathon as it got later in the morning it was unbearable. Saw many people taken off in stretchers due to heat exhaustion.

Boys, I'm not proud to say but I'm up to 210. Heaviest I've ever been. Haven't been able to run much in the last six months due to an issue with an adductor on left leg. Pain from groin all the way to the calf. Holidays helped heal a little but boy that Flor De Cana didnt help with the scale...
