Ran half in Asics Nimbus 25 Wide. They are only shows that I ran in where bottom of foot didn't get numb 6 miles in. For mid distance I love the Cloud Flyers wide and New balance 1080s wide.

Boys, the humidity got me today. I am in pain all over and struggled the last 4 miles or so. People are dropping like flies on the course. I'm not sure I will do another half after feeling the way I do now. Finished way off of my goal but I'm happy that I finished 2:13:21.

Start time is around 615-630 Sunday AM. Goal is <2:00 hours. Not in it to win but want to represent GL!

Nice little run at Bj and hit Spurs 2nd half. Mrs MCB made me leave ahead.

Race weekend though so will be a little low key.

Ss, I don't have any games planned yet but Red Sox spring training is near me so might go there for a game.

Last long run before next Sunday's half marathon iniami. Definitely have the cardio endurance in place but the legs felt a little fatigued around mile 5. Will take it easy all next week so they are fresh for Sunday.

I write all of my work checks in cursive and all of my notes inside greeting cards. Sometimes gets sloppy but it was never pretty to begin with. My kids are still being taught it in school but it's not given as much attention as it used to.

Had 2 margaritas from Hooters on Wednesday. Pretty long dry run for me and will try to limit but dry will not be an option for us.
