Short clip from the end of the Madonna del Ghisallo climb (look at the sign on the left). This is a 10% gradient which is what most of the climb is, with some stretches of 13-15%. You can see the climb profile on my bike computer, sort of. Red means pain. I'm basically going at slow-jog pace...

    Should Matty move to Italy?

I felt more of a connection with Italy than I did with France, and I actually visited the Normandy village that my first QC ancestor came from. France hates visitors. Italy seems to love them. I wanna go back for like 20 different reasons. It is an absurd country.

So Chef Matteo abused the "allora". He prefaced all of his explanations and anecdotes with it. It was adorable.

I'm not really sure how to feel about it but I used a ton of ChatGPT during this trip, it was super useful. Instead of furiously googling for stuff to do I would tell ChatGPT where I was and ask for suggestions. It would ask follow-up questions like "what's your kid's energy level right now?" or...

I'm a cultural Catholic as well. I did a sign of the cross inside the Madonna del Ghisallo chapel, out of habit and respect for my upbringing, I suppose. Also cause I didn't wanna jinx myself and die on the way back down the hill. :handshake:
