Probably not unconstitutional. Its been a while since I studied this stuff but states have the right to reasonably restrict a constitutional right (under a number of grounds). Its how different states could impose restrictions on abortion (when that was under the privacy right found in 4a and 14a).

Its a good thing (not for citizens of VA) that states can do their thing. Fuck the fed and let them cook is what I say.

Because I don't pussyfoot around things like you do. You post shit all the time and hide behind "it's just a joke" or "it's just a discussion" or "I'm not saying, but..."

In hindsight shouldn't have said "likely", should have just said "might be" or "seems suspicious", but whatever. Also unlike you, can admit when I'm wrong.

This looked suspicious as hell. Why did they sit on this video? Why did they talk about BBC technology that isn't verified anywhere? Isn't it a little odd that this channel that was averaging 500-1000 views suddenly had it's first true breakout video last month in a 1.7m view one about ICE, and now randomly breaks this incredible footage when it had no previous major news breaks?

The video is also bizarre. Gets taken down, then just released, he stays still starting shit, they just leave? After he kicked their tail light off? Surprised.

But yeah, it's real, I was wrong. Still recommend checking sources and being wary of believing everything you see on the internet. We're in agreement on that front, right?
