I've been on the hunt for the hottest sauce I can find locally. So far this is it:

First ingredient is strawberries (!) Very tasty stuff, although I suspect that it's nowhere close to the 1.5M Scoville units it claims. it's probably right around the 100,000 mark based on other sauces I've tried.

I wanna find some Blair's Ultra Death (1.1M Scoville units):

HUGE hot sauce fan!!!

Ive found a couple of places across the country that did an amazing Carolina Reaper wing sauce. Flavor and heat ratio isn’t easy the hotter it gets.

I have my face on the wall of 5 different Buffalo Wild Wings.

Matty keep posting what you come across. I’m interested to hear what you find

This is really tasty too, it's also reaper based but quite a bit milder and fruitier (it's got black cherry and apple cider)... made here in Ontario:

I like various hot sauces but top out when they get over a certain heat level. Maybe 15-20% more than the average "Hot" Buffalo wings is all im interested in.

This used to be the hottest sauce on the market. It's made from capsaicin extract instead of an actual pepper so it has little flavor. It just burns (180K SHU). Do not buy. Fuck you Dave.

Best value right here - the red El Yucateco. Sells for a fraction of the "boutique" small batch stuff and it's tasty af. Works with everything too. Get it. Their Caribbean sauce is great too. 👌

Hassan 'Hot Sauce' Adams was a stud at Arizona and a dud in the pros. I bought an autographed basketball of his and threw it out.

I'm still a fan because of this highlight.

where do you buy them machu
One of the supermarkets here has a nice selection. Most supermarkets don't.

Apparently there is a bit of a hot sauce scene in Owen Sound, a lot of smaller makers are in the area.

i buy that texas pete one for two dollas:dunno:

i feel about hot sauce like boner feels about cars

I like my wings with no sauce, old bay and cayenne.

Very much respect Machu's hot sauce game though. My brother's into that scene.
