I'm not sure what it is with my Nutella, Nina. I spread some on some bread a couple weeks ago and it wasn't smooth at all. I think it just sits in the bottle too long and the air gets at it and hardens it. I almost always have to scoop some out into a dish and microwave it for 10 secs.

I have never once in my life ate nutella on anything. Licked some off a knife. That's about it. Unimpressed.
