We have got close to 18'' of snow in Chicago in the last 5 days.

Seems that non black neighborhoods as a whole shovel their driveways,walkways, and sidewalks more often then black neighborhoods.
If I stand at a residential block in my neighborhood I can look down the sidewalk and see a clear path seemingly for blocks. In the ghetto where I am working shoveling sidewalks seems to be quite unpopular.
