If you lose or break your phone in an interesting way, this is the thread to tell your story.

So today, I was packing my car and my phone fell out of my hoodie pocket. (I didn't see it fall at the time.) Some time later I noticed it was missing. I looked everywhere; in all my luggage, coats, car etc. After some time I then decide that if I move my car I can get a better look on the passenger side to see if it fell there. I move the car and continue to look and still nothing. I take the cordless phone out from the apt. and call my cel phone and still nothing...

Then I get the thought to look where the back of my car was and BOOM there it is; It turns out that I must have driven over it. I had looked on the ground prior to backing up my car but I guess the phone got covered by leaves cause I didn't see it until after I had moved the car. I'm glad it wasn't an expensive phone. It was less than 2 months old. It still turned on but the screen no longer worked. I immediately found someone on Kijiji that had the same phone and I got a replacement for $112. I'm glad I'm content using shitty phones. This is the 1st one I have ever lost prematurely. I wonder if anyone else has any good stories about lost cellular/cordless phones. I know Steve does. He loses cel phones and remote controls.

I am glad your loss is minimal Quincy as chitty as that is. The addition of a female in my living space that can actually remember where things end up slightly more than I do has really improved my issues pertaining to this.

All the best brother.

I forgot Mrs. Durito's old iPhone on the passenger seat of a ZipCar a couple weeks ago. Thought for sure that the next renter would run away with it, but I went back to the car the next morning and the phone was still there in plain view on the seat. Turns out that no one else had rented the car during that evening/night.

weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

At least I got a phone that was exactly like the one that I busted. Now have 2 identical batteries...

Lol @ Archie. Phone in mini-fridge, priceless.

I'm sure more than one person has dropped their phone in a not so clean toilet.... I guess as long as it is your own doodie and pee pee, that you wouldn't mind having to fish it out of there with your bare hands?
