I've become horrific since moving here and it really needs to stop. I said "are you shitting me? you fucking little beauty!" to a call centre dude who refunded the past 3 months of my Internet. Have never sworn to or at cs people before. I think the guy was in shock or maybe he just didn't understand what I meant. Either way there was dead silence for a bit and I was mortified.
