Ray let this be a lesson. Don't blindly bet on line movements if you know nothing about the teams. That was the intent of my original post. Line movement doesn't always win. If the line movement agrees with your capping of the game use it as a tool but for the love of god don't blindly bet on line movements on teams you know nothing about.

again, i dont need to know what sport im betting in order to win... for the life of me i dont know why you cant see it :thinking:

Ray calm down. You need to lighten up pal. You are the best soccer line move gambler. It is to your advantage that you don't know what you really doing. This casual coin flip strategy you are employing in a sport you hate is only good as your next coin flip.
 
Pavy consider this example.

Person A knows nothing about Team B and Team C. We also have Book Loser and Book Winner.

Team B opens at -110 and
Team C opens at -110 at Book Winner.

5 Minutes before the game starts Book Winner now is taking 100k on both sides and has been so for the last 6 hours.
The line has been for the last six hours at Book Winner;
Team B -300
Team C +280

Person A goes and looks at Book Loser 5 minutes before the game starts. He sees;
Team B -110
Team C -110

This is the situation or one of them durito and ray are suggesting. There is a +eV opportunity here if you believe in the efficient market theory.
 
If you can show me a 100k bet on Great Britain/Senegal Olympic game I will buy it. There was very small volume on this game today. These games are not bet like the World Cup or Euro Cup. A $100 bet can move a line 10c. To place a bet on $100 bet line move and hit it is pure luck (coin flip strategy). And then coming back claiming you know what you are doing is even dumber.

im quite calm pavy..i just hate to see a grown man make himself looks so fucking stupid on a public forum...you can get away with this at sbr or other forums, but it doesnt fly here...did you really tell us you had inside info on a fix today and you didnt bet money on it? i seriously have 0 to say to anyone who doesnt bet money on games... its always easy when there is no risk

you have heard it a million times from guys much smarter than you and you still simply dont understand...the more +ev bets i make, the more money i make...bottom line ... you wont get rich studying teams and knowing players names
 
I told you I haven't bet a penny the last 4 years. Just because I don't gamble and don't chase line movement doesn't mean I don't know how to bet soccer. I challenge you in a soccer betting competition. Only +200 or higher odds plays. I'm tired of you saying I bet soccer chalk plays. Lets see how you fair in a contest.

After to selfish fok'rs get your action down why the fok aren't any of you spreading the wealth to those who don't know the players or even the teams, don't have the time or patience to follow the lines and could use a lil extra to get their fat ass to Copperhead?

If I found a kilo of flake or a recently divorced and very bitter woman who was giving away a Hayabusa and couldn't use either one you would want a heads up.
