have had a serious craving for sausage-egg casserole lately...but that shit really isnt on the diet that im trying to stick to...so this morning we tried something a little different...but nothing crazy
low cal/high protein turkey-egg-cheese breakfast casserole...
1 lb. lean turkey sausage (little cajun seasoning while cooking...not much)
1 whole egg / 7 egg whites
3/4 cup 1% milk
1 roll low-fat crescent rolls
2.5 cups fat free shredded cheddar
threw this nigger in the oven at 350ish for around 40-45min (well thats when i will check it the first time anyways)
will be done in about 15 more minutes ... if i get the urge, ill figure up the cals, carbs and protein... but will probably be lazy and sya fuck it
anyone else made anything extremely tasteless like this with bland ingredients? arch, daffy?
