Have you had your tonsils taken out?

Can't take it anymore.

I get strep twice a year. Even with antibiotics my throat STILL hurts a little and it's been 11 days.

If you've had it done does it help? Do you get less sore throats?

I used to get strep once a year or more as well, sometimes even in august after weeks at the beach.... been a bit better lately though

Had them out when I was about 10, rarely get a sore throat. Never had strept throat.

Alot more painful apparently if u get them out as an adult. Had mine out at 6yo due to tonsilitis. Wouldnt even know what a sore throat feels like

my oldest had something taken out when he was about 1 yr old but it wasnt tonsils
andnoids maybe??? had to do with getting ear infections alot
