Where exactly are you located Mr. Monkey? What amount of storm surge are you expecting in your area. Jello's area is about to get some serious problems. Hope you are ok Jello.

Directly about 10 miles east of Philly and 40 miles west of Atlantic City! Might lose power per state officials and wind might not be as bad as the FLOODING which in some areas really will fuk people over!

Area I'm in soil is very sandy and drainage is good! Onlt thing worrying me is lots of trees in back and side yard which could cause a big problem if wind knocks them down onto house!

Been saying all day on the news the winds will be the strongest from 3AM to 8AM on Sunday! Probably won't sleep much tonight and might be downstairs on the lower level!

sounds like fun. not much use for a high school with a one bedroom though. im gonna buy a 2,500 sf plus basement 3 bedroom house in denver and my mortgage payment will be the same.

5 closets huh

compared to studio apartment on Lex and 72nd in the city my place now is awesome. I was paying $2,100 for a small studio with 2 closets, a tiny tiny kitchen and a tiny tiny bathroom.

Hmm. Trees falling on your house and flooding? The basement sounds like a logical place to be. LOL.
