nothing I like doing but I'll do it...
have to tear out all drywall/trim/cabinets/etc... up to the flood line... and remodel the place after any mold threat is removed

Hate to use a hackneyed cliche but.....

it's a dirty job but somebody's gotta do it

I wish I was a handy guy. I'm so NOT handy. I mean, I try but I just don't have it.
