So the college hoop plays weren't so good lastnight. Add in the fact there is no Thursday night college football and I'm not real confident about the NFL game tonight it makes my choices very slim indeed.

Not a fan of the NBA much but I will dabble from time to time.

New York played lastnight and are now playing Miami tonight. Miami coming off a bad loss Tuesday night to the Wizards and should be looking to make a statement, should.

The TOTAL is 201 right now down from 203. Looking at the previous games played between the teams the UNDER should be the play. Naturally what makes sense won't be right but I gotta go with what I see.

Mr.Q, there was some talk earlier this week about starting now to rest Manning for the playoffs. Not siting him so much as throwing less. As bad as the Raiders are if Denver tries to run more and slow the game down it gives Oakland a chance to hang around.

MrQ, to follow up on the talking points about Manning. It was suggested he would be rested on the road and still normal play at home cause naturally home fans expect to see performances.

As long as the Broncos get a lead, I'm sure they don't care if they win by 11pts... But Oakland may just be that bad and still lose by 14....

No play but I have an opinion on the NFL game Pavy.

I do believe there is some sincerity in trying to keep Manning healthy for the playoffs. I do believe there is some truth in the fact Manning is a little sore. If this is reliable then running the ball is likely.

Oakland could self-destruct obviously but they have had moments of playing with intensity and pride and while there is noway to predict when that will happen the only game in prime time in front of the nation is as good an opportunity as you'll get to take a chance.

I kind of like Oakland to cover and I pretty much like the game to stay UNDER 49.

Broncos win 27-20 would be my guess as a probable final score.
