Here's how it works, you get 2 votes for subtracting, and 2 votes for adding.
You take 2 tallys away from a band and have to add 2 tallys to another band.
The last band remaining wins.
No consecutive voting.
One 2 point add and one 2 point subtract per poster, per page.

If you are the one to eliminate a band, delete the entire line for the band, leaving only the remaining bands. You can only eliminate a band once it has 2 votes left. I will start with post #2 as my votes.
