I should add it was 4am. I was riding a bicycle, probably a bit erratically.

home. A friend of mine lives near a bar that has the elusive Pappy Van Winkle bourbon at a very reasonable price. It was a nice day and I decided to take a bike ride (1st of the year) in that direction. Last time I drove, ended up getting ride back, had to take a bus to retrieve my car the next day. Didn't wanna risk that again.....Sooo, one thing led to another and I'm riding bicycle at 4am.
btw, riding a bicycle after having some beverages is a lot more difficult than I imagined.

"ridin dirty" usually means driving 'illegally' aka car is modified and not street legal...among other things.

 
Coolie you know you can be charged with DUI etc while riding a bike under the influence, right?
