My nose and ears were really plugged this morning and they still are. I managed to get out for a bit and run some errands but am now chilling on the couch and not moving again. I am contemplating having an alcoholic beverage.

I think the worst is over but I am waiting to see how the end game plays out with this bug.

Taking off work is no problem for me, IAG. The only one who loses out if I don't work, is me.

I only accept jobs that are basically casual labour. ie; concert setups and other types of things that only take a few days, here and there, at a time. Usually I only find out the day before when I am working but because this was on a Monday, I got my call for work on the Saturday before. If I had known I was going to be sick, I would not have accepted to work yesterday.
