Dear ! you must aware about the consumer rights and if you have all those bills etc , there , must go to the vendor and he will suggest you something better than such suggestions , might that will be in warranty period and you can get the exchanged one.

ah yes you didnt mentioned how much old is your phone and also you can take the phone of yours to your nearest blackberry service station. and can get it ok
