I would love your opinion of gambling in the casino sportsbooks compared to sports gambling online?

With todays news with bookmaker and the continuing problems with moving money offshore , everything from use my wallet, I am sure moneygram will become tougher to use, the loss of matchbook and pinnacle, online wagering, for the most part, is really becoming alot tougher to make money at.

I have been thinking about a move to vegas and would love your opinions.

1.I am wondering, how much of your sports wagering do you guys still do online?

2 .How would compare playing at casinos compared to playing online, I have a friend who is having a hard time adapting to playing poker live, they became so used to playing poker online with so many tables, I am wondering what the adjustment will be like for sports wagering?

3. Do you find it easier to make money wagering sports at casinos? I am kind of hoping that william hill may open things up. I wager on some small sports, and so many casinos rarely have lines on finnish afternoon soccer. LOL. I plan on playing online as long as I am able and supplement it with wagering at casinos but was wondering how it compares and is it tougher to make money.

I am usually in vegas when something big is going like ncaa tournament and loads of people in the sportsbook, the other times I have been there, the sportsbooks look deserted. I am actually kind of looking forward to gambling more in vegas sportsbooks,

4. Have you guys seen any sportsbooks with live wagering?.I never saw anything like that at most sportsbooks , I do remember they had it a casino I was at for the superbowl.

5. any opinions on station or any really new sportsbook in vegas worth checking out.

Thanks guys for any info.

Cheers

william hill will make any book they own worthless to anyone but giant retards

I have no experience with william hill, I have been in the the betting shops in the uk, england at least, but really never had any experience with them.

I thought their buying of leroys was supposed to be better for opening up casino sportsbooks to higher limits and more sports to wager on?

Thats what I hate about the times I have been in vegas at the sportsbooks, was the limited selection to bet on, and overall the lack of lines on so many games.

I have heard it was changing but I have no idea really as I havent been there in over a year. Things seem to be changing pretty quickly

Will Hill has a lot of selection, but if you bet stuff like Finish soccer there and win (and i'm talking peanuts) your account will get limited to virtually nothing (like $2.30)

Can't say what they will do in vegas but I can't imagine it will be goo.d

1. He bets about 2-3x more off-shore than in Vegas.

2. It's wise to know what you're going to bet (and at what price) before you step foot in the casino.

3. Potato gets bigger edges off-shore, but is up more in Vegas. Don't know how that works.

4. Hilton and M Resort have in-running, but it's just for the TV game usually.

5. Stations are the nicest, most convenient, easiest to beat books in Vegas. They are paying for Potato's flight school. GVR and Red Rock are as nice as they come.

Thats not good durito about william hill.

My friend moved out there to play poker full time but he still wagers sports occasionally, I have asked him and he says its tough enough adjusting from online poker to full time live poker to get into sports. I am just wondering what its going to be like to get into more sporstbook wagering at the casino , hopefully I would be able to do both but this crap with the US gov, processing money and just the whole state of offshore is getting too much for me to rely on online gambling completely, and Vegas does look fun. .

There is supposed to be a new company working with the sportsook at the venetian offering live wagering but he doesnt get over there much.

If you enjoy commuting 15 minutes to place a bet, hearing "KEY" every time you place a wager, which prompts a manager to come out and look at you like you're breaking the law, then Vegas is the place for you.

Vegas is scared of action with the exception of 2 books (Hilton and Cantor).

It's so nice having to wait in line to place $1100 on a side for a degenerate who is betting four $10 6-teamers, and hearing the line move over the loud speaker.

Favorite books were Red Rock and Green Valley Ranch but Tomato isn't allowed to bet there anymore. Hilton has a nice book, M Resort is a little small.

thanks potato . Did you move to vegas for gambling on sports or something like poker?.I am going to look up this red rock, are these casinos much of a drive?

Thats another thing I am thinking about, where to live, though I did like your post about the house with the pool for rent for under 1200. I had a pool growing up in california and I miss it, I bet there are some great rental deals in vegas right now

Thats funny about the manager tomato and the ugly stares. I cant imagine having to deal with that while you are winning. Thats even funnier about the waiting in line for the parlay card guy while the line is moving against you, I go crazy when my computer stalls for a minute.

Cantor is the one with in running wagering? Red rock and green valley, I am going to have to google these, never heard of them.

what brought you out to vegas tomato? Do you think you will stay?

m resort isn't scared of action

waiting in line to place a bet really sucks, because a lot of the time you're trying to beat the ine move.
