Their horse rebate system is a scam. They do NOT pay out properly.

After pointing it out to them AND providing proof to what they owe me, they suspended my account for 48 hours while I have an active 3 team parlay going!!!

So if I win, I have to wait 48 hours to access it!

Not only did they not apologize but they straight up got combative.

Fuck them. I’m a platinum 3 and they did this.

Do not ever use. No bonuses. Awful customer service.

They payout as they have programmed their software to payout, which in my experience has always been correct.

Computers/software does not make mistakes, people do.

I know Bookmaker.eu shows a notification in the racebook when you are betting if rebate is applicable to that track.
BOL should do the same thing.

Mahoning is an "E" track at Bookmaker, no rebate.
