This was dessert. A cheesecake with pistachio cream and vanilla ganache. All we tasted was cheeecake. Looked very cool.

Tomato salad (the best I’ve ever had) and an assortment of bread from Doris Metropolitan in the French Quarter. We split a Ribeye to have room for dessert. The Ribeye was cooked perfectly and tasted great but the dessert was underwhelming.

Fried Green Tomatoes and Tuna Tartare from Herbsaint in the Warehouse District. They were both great but the Tuna was unbelievable. I could have ordered 2 more. Pictured also is a Sazerac. Smelled like cough syrup but it was delicious.

This dish was called Rabbit and Dumplings Everything was so tender. Even the collard greens were great and I don’t care much for collard greens.
