So I started doing physio for a suspected tennis elbow about 3 weeks ago. I got an ultrasound last week and turns out I have a partial tear of a tendon. I'm being referred to a sports doc and I gotta do rehab, not mere physio. Makes me feel like a real, broken athlete 🥳

🤔 The bike is a regular gravel bike (SAVA Voyager G4) with disc brakes. You can't see the rear brake caliper cause it's on the other side of the trainer.

Bought it used for 500 bucks a few years ago. You can get a more recent one for about the same money today.

1 hour non stop is better but 3x20 would also be super beneficial I just brought back my smart trainer too, it's that time of year again
