So I got a ketone blood meter yesterday. I'd eaten about 50g of carbs during the day to see if I would still be in ketosis. The answer is no. I tested again first thing this morning and got 0.9 (target is 1.0 to 2.5) I'm doing super strict keto today (<5g of net carbs) and will test...
