I'm back on Noom. I started at 212.6lbs 2 days ago and weighed in at 210.4 this morning. I couldn't lose weight even by tracking calories. Noom kicks it up a full notch by forcing you to reduce carbs and only giving you half-credit for calories burned during exercise. Makes a big difference...
