I've done an imperial century (100mi/160kms) a few times. Ain't nothing to it as long as you fuel/hydrate properly. The real endurance guys do double imperial centuries in one sitting. That's a different ballgame.

Ah yes. I haven't done a triple digit ride this year yet. Hardly a tour though - takes about 4 hours at a semi-casual pace.
