Yah. Very few cars use it though, it dead ends a few meters higher. It's mostly for city and park maintenance vehicles, there are a few parking spots up there. Totally closed to vehicles on the weekend.

I use(d) 1" diameter circular rare earth magnets to charge/magnetize the Alnico magnets used in my guitar pickups. I still have them, they're basically glued to my desk lamp. Insanely strong stuff - they can easily shatter if they smash into each other.

I've imported a lot of Chinese magnets back in my day. Probably over 10,000 total. gg chinamagnets
