I had a few seizures and a MRI revealed a tumor, which I had removed in 2002. No issues since. The steroids im taking like really reduces any swelling( blood) that i could have in that area( which eliminates my pain), and that's not a big deal but the cause is the bigger concern.

Cud be complications from how my head was put back together after my brain surgery 10 years ago but thats not likely. If thats the case i might not be back working for 6 months.

so my goal is to basically hang around until the last day of jury selection and then say something one of the lawyers wont want to hear so i can be excused.

why would i want to get out when my employer pays me to be there and do nothing. I dont get why people want to get out of jury duty. The only time i cud see this is if you didn't have a job.

Speaking of which what are the guidelines for showing up to work after Jury duty? Like i usually work from 5pm-7am everyday so obviously i cant be expected to go to work and then directly to Jury duty and never sleep. So as long as im at jury duty for any point in a given day i dont have to go...

Im happy because my job has been pissing me off lately. So i took off 2 days early last week, was on light duty wed,thurs,friday cause i lost my voice so i cudnt do my normal job, and this week ill be on jury duty all week. Amazing how all this wonderful stuff happens all at once. :uteot:
