Just try it, nothing bad is going to happen. I'm sure it works for some people.

why water fasting?
Excellent question. It seems to be beneficial in conjunction with keto. Two people I follow (Dr. Berg and Thomas DeLauer) recommend keto and intermittent fasting. :dunno: Tron is also a fan.

If you're asking about the "water" part, well, I guess some people do a dry fast with no water at all? That seems unnecessarily dangerous.

I'm having a sencha+matcha tea right now. Zero calorie drinks are allowed.

meant the water, I always thought fasting was just solids and water was fine

Oops, I guess I'm not doing a water fast since I just had tea.

I'm water fasting.

I went to a Taco Bell after a year+ and half their menu is gone, no classics like Nacho Supreme and Mexican Pizza, no steaks meat, now it's just some tortilla and sauce

aaaand... we are aborting the fast at the 18hr mark. Too dizzy to focus on work.

Trying a 24-hr water fast today. Last meal was at 6:30pm yesterday so I've only got 9.5 hrs to go.

Have some THROAT COAT tea, too. 0 calories, 0 sugar.

24 hours isn’t brutal. Hours 13-18 will likely be the hardest.

You’ll feel stoned during hours 20-24.

I gave up today, will try again tomorrow. 👍

Thanks Rogatien for keeping me accountable. Not sure I can pull this off during a work day.

Skipjack tuna (1 can) w/1 tbsp olive-oil-based mayonnaise

I just got some jalapeño sardines at store in your honor mat

good job for keeping the low carb thing going this long

but yeah, you failed fokkin hard on that 24 hr fast.

but all in all a 94.5% grade over the past month plus

Thanks Arch. I have no issues following my 1400-1500 calorie keto regimen now. Only the first 5-6 days were hard. Zero cheating either.

217.8 this morning. Hard to believe I used to be 22-23 pounds heavier. I don't look much different at 217 IMO. The next 15-20 pounds are gonna look a lot more dramatic, from past experience.
