Been back into my P90X since June 19th (juneteenth celebration for me), haven't missed a day so I guess that's 3 weeks straight. It's a really good workout and I feel myself basically dying towards the end every day. Already seen pretty good results. I've also scaled way back on bread/grains...

I'm much more interested in root cause analysis and problem solving over simply playing the blame game which seems to be all people can do these days. Then again, they watch a lot of TV.
Been eating plates like this for dinner, also started up the P90X again. Time to get back in shape. Agree on the red/purple carrots. Add a good hummus and you're set.
Maybe I just don't understand policing very well, but what's the reason they can't just start shooting people in the legs instead - or if catchy slogans are your thing - take a knee. Seems it would reduce the odds they die significantly, and also stop them from escaping. Is it just too difficult...
